Processing & Shipping 

We strive to process your order within 1-3 business days after placing your order. We have extended processing times during product launch dates, sales and during our holiday seasonal hours (October thru December). See extended processing times below. This does not include the carrier shipping time. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following week, as we're closed on weekends. Orders placed on a Holiday will start to be processed on the next open business day.

Tracking Number #
You’ll receive a tracking number # once your order has processed through fulfillment and is being shipped out. Your tracking number will be sent via the email you provided during checkout.                                


Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 2-9 business days after it has left our location. We ship all orders out of Draper, UT. We Love Glitter Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We offer priority mail that comes with $50 insurance. If you want to purchase additional  insurance on your package please email us before placing your order. 

Additional Information  

We try to help when delays in delivery happen, but we cannot issue a refund on any portion of shipping costs. All shipping times are estimates and we cannot guarantee any shipping time. There may be unexpected delays by the carrier.

All packages are shipped to the provided address. If your address is not verified, you may be contacted via email to verify your address. If your address is not valid, the processing time is longer. Please make sure your address includes zip code and apt, suite, trl, building number if applicable. We Love Glitter Design is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to sender and the customer will be contacted to update their address. Customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned.

  • USPS Priority Mail: This Option provides insurance on your package up to $50 plus 2 to 5 business day shipping (Not including processing time). Shipping time depends on location in the USA. When purchasing this option we cannot guarantee the shipping time or any delays due to the postal service.
  • USPS Ground Advantage Mail: Usually Ships in 2-9 Business Days (Not including processing time.) does not include insurance on your package. When purchasing this option we cannot guarantee the shipping time or any delays due to the postal service.
  • Orders over a certain value may require a signature for delivery.  
  • Shipping From: We ship from Draper, UT 
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. No exchanges. Any and all refunds will be at our discretion. Please feel free to contact us at
  • I received the wrong item(s): If you received the wrong item, please be prepared to send a photo of the item you received along with your order number and shipping information within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will issue a replacement once a photo is sent and verified that an incorrect product was sent. Please email these requests to:
  • I Entered An Incorrect Shipment Address On My Order: If you realize the mistake before a shipment confirmation email has been sent by us, please email us at immediately to fix the problem. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to stop the shipping process.  The order can be reshipped at the buyer's expense or refunded minus the shipping cost.
  • The Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Did Not Receive A Package: If the tracking number reads as "delivered," and you did not receive your product, please contact USPS to file a claim. You can also contact us via email, and we can look up your order. All orders Lost or Undelivered must be reported to us within 30 Days from the Shipping date on your order. 
  • Lost Mail: All orders Lost or Undelivered by USPS Mail need to be reported to us via email at within 30 Days from the Shipping date. USPS Priority Mail Includes $50 Insurance. USPS First Class Package doesn’t include insurance.
  • Combining Multiple Orders: Yes, please email us once your orders have been placed. If your orders haven't been processed for shipping, we can combine them and refund the shipping paid on the second order. If your first order has already been processed for shipping, we cannot combine them.

International Shipping: 

We use Priority Mail International Flat Rate and USPS First Class International. Please allow 10-20 business days (Not including processing time.) to many major markets once it has left our store. Some international orders can take up to 30 days during Holidays. Please contact us if you need an estimated arrival time. Once your product has shipped and reached customs we can no longer track your package. Customers may be charged duties and tariffs on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. We Love Glitter Design is not responsible for any additional country specific tariffs or duties. Customers will incur any costs associated with duties, taxes, and/or customs. We Love Glitter Design will not alter any invoices or pricing in an attempt to avoid international fees or charges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages by USPS.
